The company is primarily engaged in highway and street construction. It was formed in September of 2008 through the merger of two entities: Works and Services Canarias SA (Syocsa) and Archipelago Properties SA (Inarsa). The company has a registered office located in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain. It is committed to enforcing security policy, health, environmental and occupational risk prevention in accordance with the Principles of Sustainable Development, running the standards on this subject (protection of persons in the workplace, protection of environment, use of materials and energy efficiently and internal promotion on the headings of sustainable development) and developing a management system for Safety, Health and Environment (SSM), setting improvement targets and assessing these actions, implementing preventive measures, providing the technical, human and economic resources to meet its goals and requesting that both contractors and participated companies, to implement this policy and use their influence to promote his other business ventures.
