It was established and incorporated in August of 1939, as a result of a merger between the two largest companies in the sector in the Canary Islands: CCC and SICAL. The registered business office of the company is located in San Cristobal De La Laguna, Spain. The company offers a wide range of beverages such as beer, mineral water, fruit juices, soft drinks, and other related beverages. It markets its products under Dorada, Tropical, Carlsberg, Pilsner Urquell, Guiness, and Miller brands. The company is considered as one of the largest industrial groups in the Canaries. It aims to offer the best beer, fresh and natural with same good old taste to its customers. Some of the company's listed subsidiaries include Comunidad De Aguas El Pinalito and Comunidad De Aguas El Llano. These subsidiaries are both based in Spain, and involved in the production and trade of beer and other beverages.
