It partners with companies and local authorities on the events market through its three areas of expertise: organising events with specialized agencies capable of designing an organizing all types of events including congresses and conferences, shows, conventions, sporting events and others; management of a network of venues capable of hosting a wide range of events; and a complete range of services for shows, exhibitions, events and permanent and semi-permanent structures. The company is a full service event industry provider in the market offering global solutions covering the site, event and associated services. It is a joint stock business which was incorporated in 1989.
