It was incorporated in 2005 and conducts business from its registered head office located in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain (Canary Islands). The company is a Spanish regional airline based in the airport of Gran Canaria, Spain. It operates franchised (operating under the trademark of another company, but with crew, aircraft, maintenance, insurance and own flight code) inter-island flights in the Canary Islands with Binter Canarias mark. It is primarily involved in the following activities: providing air transportation of passengers or passengers and freight over regular routes and on regular schedules; providing air transportation of cargo without transporting passengers over regular routes and on regular schedules; and providing scheduled air transportation of mail on a contract basis. It also operates flights even if partially loaded.
