The company is engaged in sea and coastal water transport. The company was incorporated in 1999. The registered head office of the company is located in Santa Cruz De Tenerife, Spain. It is a leading company in the sea transport of oil-based products in the Canary Island's. The company transports and distributes oil-based products by sea mainly in the area of the Canary Islands and North Africa for clients such as Cepsa, Disa, Shell, Texaco, Esso and BP, and providing the following services: receiving and loading the aforementioned products onto vessels at cargo terminals; sea transport on board company vessels; delivery and unloading of cargo at cargo terminals; and custody of the product from receipt to delivery. The company has been awarded the ISO 9001 Quality Certificate and the ISM. It operates six of its own vessels to provide sea transport services for oil-based products, plus one additional vessel that is operated on a time-charter basis, all of which more than meet the strict requirements of its customers.
